- How do I enable cookies in the browser?
Ways
of enabling cookies in the browser vary, depending on what browser and which version of
the browser you are using. The status bar, which is located at the topmost of your web page screen, indicates whether
you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) or Natscape. To find out which version of the browser you are using,
click Help in the menu bar at the top of the screen, select "About < your browser>".
Following are ways to enable cookies for IE 5.0 and IE 6.0.
For Internet Explorer 5.0:
Tools-->InternetOptions-->Security-->Customer-->click "Enable" under cookies
For Internet Explorer 6.0:
Tools --> Internet Options --> Privacy --> Advanced --> Uncheck "Override automatic cookie handling" and click OK
For Netscape Navigator:
Edit
--> Preferences --> Privacy & Security --> Cookies --> Enable all cookies

Windows Media Player program which plays the clip. Refer to the FAQ "How can I make Windows Media Player my default player?"

From the Registered File Types list, choose Movie File(MPEG) and click Edit
On Edit File Type Window, click Edit, enter "C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\wmplayer.exe" /Open "%L" in Application used to perform action textbox and click OK.

- When I attempt to link to another web site, I get the following message: "Page Cannot Be Displayed"
This may occur if the web server is not available or if the web address has
changed. Attempt to link to the website at a later time or search for the
organization name by using a search engine such as Google (www.google.com).
- When I point to an image on a web page, a bar appears on the image. How can I make it disappear?

The image toolbar in Internet Explorer makes it easy for you to save, print, or e-mail images
that you find on the Web. To disable the image toolbar, right-click on it and select "Disable image toolbar".
- Why are some graphs so small and blurred?
On some Internet Explorer web browsers (Internet explorer version 6), some graphs are automatically reduced in size to the point they become unreadable. This issue is a feature of IE and not a TNEEL-SS error.
To obtain a clear graph, move the mouse pointer over the small graph. An icon pops up with four blue diagonal arrows. If you move the mouse pointer over the icon it says "Expand to regular size." Click on the icon to return the graph to full size and see the content details.
To permanently turn off shrinking the graphs, click Tools/Internet Options/Advanced at the top of the IE window (tab when dialog box popped up) and uncheck "enable automatic image resizing" under Multimedia.
